1. About us

AllCards.ai is run by AllCards.ai. Contact us at cards@allcards.ai. By using the site you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information.

2. Your account

Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be 13 or over to have an account, and 18 or over to buy.

3. What you can put on a card

Only upload photos, words and recordings you have the right to use, and only photos of people who are happy for you to use them. No sexual content, drugs, violence, hate, harassment, or anything illegal. Every design, message and recording is checked automatically and we may refuse or remove anything that breaks these rules.

You keep ownership of your photos and words. You give us permission to use them to make, store, print and deliver your cards. If you leave "share an anonymised version in the shop" switched on, you also allow us to publish an anonymised version of designs you keep (real faces and names removed) in our card shop; you can switch this off any time.

4. AI-made designs

Designs are created by AI, so every one is a little different and may not exactly match your description. You'll see your card before you pay.

5. Printed cards and gifts

• Prices include printing, an envelope and standard UK postage unless shown otherwise. Faster delivery and gifts cost extra, as shown at checkout.
• Delivery dates are estimates from our print partner and Royal Mail / couriers and aren't guaranteed.
• For "arrive on a date" orders we post your card in time for that date; you can cancel before it goes to the printer by contacting us.
• Because every card is made to your own design, you can't cancel once it has gone to the printer (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods). This doesn't affect your legal rights.
• If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn't arrive, tell us within 30 days and we'll reprint it or refund you.

6. E-cards, video messages and free cards

E-cards are free. Video and voice messages are stored for up to 2 years and you can delete them at any time. Free cards and credits from referrals have no cash value.

7. Subscriptions (All Cards+)

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time by emailing us; you keep your benefits until the end of the period you've paid for. You can cancel within 14 days of first subscribing for a full refund if you haven't used it.

8. Gift vouchers

• Vouchers are valid for 2 years from purchase and can be spent on printed cards, postage and gifts on AllCards.ai.
• Once added to an account, the value stays in that account's balance until used. Vouchers can't be exchanged for cash, and can only be redeemed once.
• You can cancel a voucher for a full refund within 14 days of buying it, as long as it hasn't been redeemed.
• If a code is lost, contact us with your order email and we'll resend it. Treat codes like cash: we can't replace a code someone else has already used.

9. Business card packs

• Card credits are used one per printed card when a Business Studio campaign is sent. Credits don't expire while your account is open.
• Monthly packs add credits each month until cancelled. Cancelling stops future top-ups; credits already added stay in your account.
• You confirm you have a lawful basis to send cards to everyone on your list (see our Privacy Policy). Cards not yet made, or still waiting for their date, can be stopped and the credits are returned.
• Flyer credits are fulfilled with our team — we'll contact you to set up your flyer campaign.

10. Card Empire (referrals)

Rewards and commissions are paid under the rules shown on the Free Cards page. Commission is held for 30 days to allow for refunds, and we may withhold rewards gained by self-referral, fake accounts or spam.

11. Sell Studio (selling your own designs)

• You can sell, on other websites, card designs you made on AllCards.ai yourself. You must not sell Card Shop designs, other people's artwork, real people's faces (unless replaced with AI-invented people), brands, logos, characters or celebrities. You're responsible for your listings and for following each marketplace's rules, including saying the design was made with AI tools and naming us as your production partner where asked.
• You give us permission to print the designs you send us for your buyers. You keep ownership of your designs. We may refuse or remove any design, or stop an order, that breaks these rules.
• Each order costs the trade price shown in Sell Studio at the time, paid from your balance or by card. We print it and post it to the address you give us in a plain envelope without our branding. You are the seller to your buyer: you handle their questions, returns and refunds under the marketplace's rules and consumer law, and we'll reprint or refund you for anything that arrives damaged or misprinted, or doesn't arrive, if you tell us within 30 days.
• You confirm you're allowed to give us your buyers' names and addresses to post their orders. We use them only for that (see our Privacy Policy).
• Sell Studio balance can be used for Sell Studio orders and printed cards on AllCards.ai. It isn't exchanged for cash, but unused balance you added by card can be refunded within 14 days of adding it.

12. Our liability

We're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. postal strikes). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

13. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
